Booking a shipment

Customer, route, goods - the charge comes from the rate card.

Steps

  1. Go to Freight & shipments and click Book a shipment.
  2. Choose the customer (who pays), from and to, the pick-up date and when it is to be delivered.
  3. Enter the consignee, the goods, pieces, weight and volume - the rate card's charge appears at the bottom as you type.
  4. Leave Charge blank to use it, or type the agreed charge. Choose the vehicle and driver, then Book shipment.

Good to know

  • Print the Waybill from the shipment for the driver.
