Links and QR codes

One link per branch, campaign, product or unit - each response remembers which.

Steps

  1. Open the form in Forms & links and scroll to Links & QR codes (publishing gives you the first link).
  2. Create a link: a label, the channel, a campaign name, a branch, a product - or one unit by its serial number - an expiry date and a limit on responses.
  3. Click QR (PNG) to download the code, or Print QR for a ready sheet to print or save as PDF. Copy copies the link.
  4. To stop a link, click Revoke (responses already received are kept); Restore brings it back.

Good to know

  • A QR code for a branch counter collects that branch's feedback; a QR code on a product label opens the product page (below).
