Supplier portal: account managers and dealers

For the organisation that runs a key supplier's portal (e.g. Cargen).

Steps

  1. Go to Key suppliers → Supplier portal → Portal team and Add an account manager - a sign-in for the supplier portal only.
  2. Set what each person sees: assigned dealers only or all dealers, and portal only.
  3. In Dealers & account managers, give each dealer its account manager (or all shown at once) and click Save.

Good to know

  • An account manager sees, acknowledges and dispatches only their dealers' orders, and gets their new orders by email. The rest of your Navigate is closed to a portal-only sign-in.
