Dispatch, meter readings and returns

Steps

1. Open the agreement. On the asset, click Dispatch: the date and time, the meter or odometer reading and its condition. It is now on hire.
2. While on hire, click Reading to record the meter (and any standby hours) - e.g. weekly from the operator's log.
3. A reading lower than the last one is a correction: give the reason; it waits for someone else with approval rights to Approve or Reject it.
4. Click Return: date, reading, condition, and whether it goes to inspection, maintenance or straight back to available.

• Every step is kept in the asset's history.
• Billing waits while a meter correction is pending.
