The chart of accounts

Your ledger accounts, grouped for the financial statements.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Chart of accounts.
  2. Add an account with + Add account: code, name and group.
  3. System accounts (used by Navigate) cannot be deleted but can be renamed.

Good to know

  • Which account each kind of transaction posts to is set in Accounting → G/L determination.
