Steps
- Go to Fleet management → Exceptions and choose the period.
- Each flag opens what is behind it: the vehicle, trip, allocation or journal.
Good to know
- Flags: high consumption, possible duplicate fuel, fuel without a reading, unexplained mileage, overdue trips and services, expiring or expired documents, insurance and licences, return discrepancies, maintenance above your threshold, idle vehicles with costs, and fleet costs posted without a vehicle code.
