Steps
- Sign in with your own email and password as usual. If you may use more than one company of your group, you land on the holding page, with a card for each company and your role there.
- Click Open on a company to work in it. Inside, click the company name at the top to switch to another company, or go back to the Holding dashboard. You never sign in again.
- In each company you work with the role, branch limits and permissions you have there. They are often different from your home company, e.g. Owner in Company A, Sales in Company B.
- Each company is fully separate: its own chart of accounts and books, customers and suppliers, stock, warehouses and branches, sales, purchases and expenses, users and reports. Nothing is shared, combined or moved between companies.
Good to know
- Your password is the one of your home company: change it from any company (Password, at the top).
- A company you have no access to is never shown.
- There are no transactions between the companies and no consolidated reports.
