A menu item is missing for me

Your role does not include it, the module is hidden for your industry - or it is not on your plan.

What to do

  1. Ask your administrator to open Roles and tick View on the module for your role - View is needed to open a module.
  2. If nobody can see it, the module may have been hidden in Settings → Industry - a hidden module disappears from the menu for everyone (its data is kept, and it can be shown again there).
  3. Or the module may not be on your subscription - see Settings → Subscription.
