The go-live checklist

Navigate lists everything to set up before you start trading - and shows how far you are.

Steps

  1. On the Dashboard, click Go live (it shows your progress, e.g. 71%) - or go to Settings → Setup.
  2. Work down the checklist: complete your company profile, add your branches, invite your team, connect M-Pesa, cards or eTIMS, add or import products and customers, the steps for your industry, and set up your daily business report.
  3. Each item opens the page where you set it up; it ticks itself when done.
  4. When you are ready, click Mark as live.

Good to know

  • You can start using Navigate before 100% - the checklist is a guide. With steps still open, Mark as live asks whether to go live anyway.
